Common Questions
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance, especially for peak wedding season (April–October). Popular dates fill quickly, so earlier is always better.
What areas do you serve?
We serve the entire Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex, including Dallas, Fort Worth, Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Arlington, Irving, and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply beyond 30 miles.
What's included in the setup?
Every package includes full setup and breakdown by our team. We arrive 60–90 minutes before your event start time to ensure everything is perfect before your guests arrive.
Can I customize the photo template?
Absolutely. Every package includes at least one custom template design. Our team will work with you to match your event's colors, theme, and branding.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we require a 25% deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is due the days of your event.
